Fiv'r Fridays: A Salute to a Great Season of Racing

As we sadly say goodbye to an awesome summer of downhill racing at Bike Big White, we can't help but reflect on the incredible journey we've shared with our riders, sponsors, and the mountain biking community. Fiv'r Fridays has been a great success this season, and it's all thanks to you!

Every Friday from August 4th to September 1st became an opportunity for riders of all levels to unleash their competitive spirits on the dirt. The race series kept riders on their toes with ever-changing race courses, making each week a new and exciting challenge.

Gratitude to Our Sponsors
We owe a big thank you to our incredible sponsor, Fox, for supporting this year's event. Their support played a pivotal role in enhancing the experience for all participants. A special thank you to the volunteers and contributors behind the scenes for helping make the race and post-race celebrations possible.

The Excitement Never Ends
The excitement didn't stop at the finish line. The winners were celebrated at the awards ceremony held on The Woods patio at 6:30 pm after each race. For those who couldn't make it to the awards, we also announced the winners on our @bikebigwhite Instagram and Facebook pages.

Riding for a Cause
We're proud to announce that we raised $675 for MTBCO, a local organization dedicated to making mountain biking in the Okanagan accessible for all users. MTBCO's mission resonates with our passion for the sport and our belief that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the thrill of mountain biking. Thank you for contributing to this noble cause.

Farewell to Summer, but Not to the Spirit
As the summer season fades into memory, we want to express our heartfelt thanks to each and every participant, sponsor, and supporter who made Fiv'r Fridays a success. Your enthusiasm and love for mountain biking fueled the excitement every week. We're already looking forward to the next summer season and more thrilling downhill races.
