Big White Ski Resort to Open Thursday, December 4, 2025
The resort will open with limited terrain, serviced by the Ridge Rocket Express, Bullet Express Quad, Plaza Chairlift and the gondola.
“Our team has been working around the clock, pushing snow, trucking snow and making snow with the limited guns we have,” said Michael J. Ballingall, senior vice-president of sales and marketing. “The unexpected 8 centimetres overnight pushed us over the edge, and we are excited to announce an opening for Thursday, Dec. 4.”
Guests are reminded to ski and ride only on terrain opened and approved by Ski Patrol.
Early season lift ticket offers:
- Lift tickets are 50 per cent off on Thursday, Dec. 4 and Friday, Dec. 5, available online or at the ticket window. Regular pricing resumes Saturday.
