Bring Your Group to Big White!
Big White Ski Resort is the perfect destination for group getaways and our dedicated Groups Department is here to make planning easy!
What Counts as a Group? Groups are defined as 20 or more paying guests. One group leader should be nominated to work with our Groups Department to coordinate accommodation, activities, and payments. Not sure if your party qualifies? Just give us a call - we’re happy to help.
Request a Quote: Simply let us know you are interested in bringing your group to Big White by filling out our group request form. We will put together a tailored quote or the perfect trip - with absolutely no obligation to book. Prefer to talk it through first? Reach us at groups@bigwhite.com or (250) 491-6174.
Booking Your Trip: Once you’re ready to book, we’ll create a custom contract outlining all terms and conditions, and place a hold on your accommodation for up to 15 days. Your booking is finalized once the contract is signed and the deposit received. We’ll then guide you through the next steps — including payment schedules and important pre-arrival details.
Before You Arrive:

30 Days Out: We’ll request a rooming list to ensure all guests are accounted for.

15 Days Out: You’ll receive a reminder to confirm all final details.
This helps us prepare your Arrival Documents, ready for pickup when you check in.
On Arrival: You will be welcomed at Central Mountain Check-In or your hotel front desk by our friendly resort staff. You will be presented with your arrival documents that will include your accommodation keys or codes.
