Synopsis

A ridge of high pressure is expected to continue bringing mainly sunny/clear and mild conditions today with light-moderate ridge wind today/tonight. Next, an impulse from a Pacific low impacting the central BC coast is expected to usher a return to seasonal temperatures and bringing periods of light snow with moderate-strong ridge winds tomorrow, then flurries and moderate ridge winds on Wednesday. Meanwhile, freezing levels up to 2800-3200 m today, then 1600-2000 m tomorrow/Wednesday.

3 to 5 Day Outlook

Another impulse from a Pacific low impacting the US Pacific Northwest is expected to bring flurries/periods of snow and moderate ridge winds on Thursday/Friday. Meanwhile, freezing levels up to 1400-1800 m on Thursday and up to 1600-2000 m on Friday are expected.
