High pressure ridge sitting over the region is expected to continue bringing mainly clear and dry conditions today and tonight, with generally light ridge winds as well, then an impulse associated with a large Pacific low moving to the east is expected to bring some scattered flurries over the day tomorrow and light snow tomorrow night with ridge winds increasing to moderate to slightly stronger. Meanwhile, freezing levels up to 1400-1800 m are expected over the day today and tomorrow, while falling to around 1200 m tonight.
3 to 5 Day Outlook
Isolated flurries are still possible over the day Thursday, then resuming to fair and dry conditions Thursday night, and clearing conditions Friday/Saturday. Light to moderate ridge winds are also expected over the day Thursday, then dropping to light Thursday night and persisting Friday into Saturday. Meanwhile, freezing levels up to 1600-2000 m are expected through most of the outlook period.
