A frontal system over southern BC is expected to bring periods of snow today and flurries tonight into Saturday morning. Fair and dry conditions are expected for the remainder of Saturday. Strong ridge winds today, becoming light-moderate tonight, light tomorrow and finally moderate-strong on Saturday. Meanwhile, freezing levels at valley bottom are expected through Saturday.
3 to 5 Day Outlook
Fair and dry conditions to start things off on Sunday. A strong Pacific low is expected to impact the central BC coast Sunday bringing snow Sunday evening into Monday (at times moderate-heavy Sunday night). Moderate ridge winds are also expected Sunday/Monday. Meanwhile, freezing levels starting at valley bottom, rising to 600-1000 m Sunday night, then up to 1200-1600 m Monday and finally 1800-2200 m Monday night.
