Detailed Forecast

Overcast with light snow is expected to linger today, tonight and tomorrow, with total of 7-15 cm of snowfall accumulations possible today through tomorrow. Moderately strong W-SW ridge winds near 40-50 km/h gusting up to 55-65 km/h are also expected over much of today, tonight and tomorrow. Meanwhile, freezing levels up to 1000-1400 m are expected today through tomorrow.

Synopsis

A series of weak disturbances moving into the region from the north is expected to bring periods of light snow today, tonight and tomorrow, with moderately strong ridge winds as well. Meanwhile, freezing levels up to 1000-1400 m are expected today through tomorrow.

3 to 5 Day Outlook

A ridge of high pressure is then expected to build up over the region on Saturday, bringing mainly clear conditions and light ridge winds this weekend into Monday. Meanwhile, freezing levels up to 1300-1700 m are expected through much of the outlook period.
