Mainly cloudy with isolated flurries is expected over the day today, then clearing out tonight, and becoming overcast with periods of snow tomorrow. Moderate ridge winds up to 25-35 km/h gusting to 40-50 km/h are expected today and tonight, then slightly increasing to moderately strong tomorrow. Freezing levels up to 800-1100 m today into tonight, and further rising to 1300-1500 m tomorrow.

Synopsis

A weak disturbance tracking to the SE is expected to bring isolated flurries today, then clearing out tonight. A warm frontal system pushing into the region from the S is expected to bring snow tomorrow, moderate to heavy at times possible. Moderate ridge winds are also expected today and tonight, then slightly increasing tomorrow. Meanwhile, freezing levels up to 800-1100 m are expected today into tonight, and further rising to near 1300-1500 m tomorrow, with temperatures slightly warming up.

3 to 5 Day Outlook

Fair and dry conditions are expected to resume on Thursday, then followed with light snow on Friday, before returning to dry conditions again on Saturday. Mostly light ridge winds are expected Thursday and Saturday, except slightly increasing to moderate on Friday. Meanwhile, freezing levels in the range of 500-1000 m are expected through most of the outlook period.
