Partly cloudy is expected over the day today, then becoming overcast with light snow starting in the evening, and tapering down to mainly cloudy with a mix of scattered wet flurries and showers over the day tomorrow, before clearing out tomorrow night. Moderate to strong ridge winds are also expected today, tonight and tomorrow. Meanwhile, freezing levels up to 1700-2100 m are expected today and tonight, and likely rising up to near 2200-2500 m tomorrow.

Synopsis

Fair weather is expected to persist over the day today, then a weak disturbance from Pacific lows over BC coast pushing into the region is expected to bring light snow tonight, then followed with a chance of mix of scattered wet flurries and showers over the day tomorrow, before returning to fair and dry conditions tomorrow night. Moderate-strong ridge winds are expected today through tomorrow as well. Meanwhile, freezing levels up to 1700-2000 m are expected today and tonight, and possibly rising up to 2200-2500 m tomorrow.

3 to 5 Day Outlook

Mostly cloudy with isolated or scattered flurries is still possible Sunday and Monday, then followed with fair weather on Tuesday, while moderate-strong ridge winds are expected Sunday through Tuesday. Meanwhile, freezing levels up to 1500-1900 m are expected on Sunday, then falling to near 800-1300 Monday and Tuesday.
