Total of accumulations up to 4-8 cm are possible today through tomorrow. Moderate ridge winds up to 30-40 km/h gusting to 45-55 km/h are expected through most of today and tomorrow. Freezing levels up to 800 m over the day today and tomorrow, while falling to the valley bottom tonight.

Synopsis

A series of impulses from successive lows striking the BC coast are expected to bring isolated flurries today, and periods of light snow tomorrow, while with fair conditions tonight. Moderate to strong ridge winds are also expected over the day today and tomorrow, while slightly decreasing tonight. Meanwhile, freezing levels up to 500-1000 m are expected over the day today and tomorrow, while falling to near the valley bottom at night.

3 to 5 Day Outlook

Another weak impulse from a Pacific low will bring flurries and light to moderate ridge winds on Tuesday, and a low will move through the region, bringing snow and light to moderate ridge winds on Wednesday, before returning to fair conditions on Thursday. Meanwhile, freezing levels in the 600-1200 m range are expected through much of the outlook period.
