The Big White POWder Card offers two multi-day options: the 5-day flex card and the 3-day flex card, with up to a 35% discount on weekend ticket window pricing. What does this mean for you? You can save and ski or ride any day you choose, even on powder days!
The POWder Card returns for the 2025/26 season and pays homage to our partnership with Protect Our Winters Canada (POW). POW is a multi-faceted community of athletes, brands and outdoor enthusiasts dedicated to advocating for policy solutions to climate change, and we are ecstatic to be one of four Canadian resorts, and the only resort in our region, to be involved in its Resort Program.
*The POWder Card is on sale now on the Big White e-store, the POWder Card will allow you to make a morning-of decision and ski or ride from $124 a day, with no black-out periods.
This ticket must be assigned to one guest and cannot, under any circumstance, be shared between multiple users. Ticket fraud will result in fines
Special Notice - A Powder Card day will be consumed when scanning your card at ANY lift gate, this includes the Beginner Area magic carpets in Happy Valley. This is the first year we have scanners /gates on the magic carpets . If you plan to access the beginner area, we recommend using the $29 Beginner Lift Ticket while making sure your Powder Card cannot be scanned by the gates.

BUY ONLINE - HOW TO
To Purchase an online ticket:
- Select the Buy Now option.
- Each person must setup an individual profile so that every ticket is assigned to a guest.
- Upon purchase, you'll receive a QR Code on your mobile device (or print out, if you prefer!). Check your junk/spam folder.
- When it is time to head to the mountain, proceed directly to one of our new Big White Ticket Pick-Up Boxes located around the resort.
- Scan your QR Code at the pick-up boxes and your physical ticket will be printed.
- Remember not to Zoom in the QR Code and have your phone brightness turned up.
- Head direct to lift and enjoy your day on the mountain.
- Please ski and ride with care and abide by the alpine responsibility code.
- Want to ski again? You can reload your physical card by using the WTP# found on the front of your card.
.Once you have purchased an online lift ticket, you can reload the physical card with additional lift tickets or POWder Cards. Log in to your online account to reload.

REFUND POLICY, TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please Read Carefully
All season pass, lift ticket and POWder Card holders must be aware of and comply with the Terms & Conditions.
You can purchase your season pass with confidence, knowing that you get a full refund if you choose to cancel your pass for any reason, prior to opening day, November 26, 2026. After opening day, Big White Ski Resort Season Passes and Lift Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are to be used within the season they are purchased for.
Purchase the $30 Refundable Pass Option (RPO) concurrently with your season pass to be eligible for a partial or full refund for certain personal events that prevent you from using your pass. Without a valid RPO, season passes are non-refundable under any circumstances after opening day. Click Here for full details.
By using your season pass or lift ticket, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:
- Season passes and lift tickets remain the property of Big White Ski Resort Ltd and may be revoked for misuse and/or breach of terms.
- Passes and tickets are for personal use only. They are not transferable and cannot be resold (including on any online platforms such as Facebook groups) and are to be used within the season they are purchased for.
- Season passes are not valid until paid in full.
- The Refundable Pass Option is only available when purchased concurrently with your season pass.
- All refund requests must be submitted by email no later than the last day of the season they are purchased for. (i.e., April 6, 2026 for the 2025/2026 and April 4, 2027 for the 2026/2027 season). Requests after this date will not be accepted.
- Season passes purchased on a payment plan, will only be refunded after the last payment has been taken.
- Season passes and lift tickets will be voided immediately and permanently if someone else is caught using your pass or card whether you are aware of the misuse or not.
- You are liable for any misuse while the pass or card is not in your possession unless you have already reported your pass lost or stolen prior to the misuse. Remember, passes are valuable, so please keep them in a safe place at all times.
- A fine will apply if anyone other than the pass holder is caught using your pass. The minimum fine amount is $250 plus the cost of a full day lift ticket at window rates.
- You are responsible for reporting if your pass or card gets lost, stolen, or damaged immediately. For replacements, you will be charged a $25 reprint fee (upon presentation of a valid government-issued photo ID).
- Respect the Mountain. Respect Others. Respect Yourself. Failure to obey this rule will result in removal from the mountain and suspension of pass privileges. Offensive or threatening behaviour towards other guests or staff will not be tolerated.
- You must abide by the Alpine Responsibility Code at all times. Breaching the Alpine Responsibility Code will result in temporary or permanent loss of pass privileges and resort access.
- Big White Ski Resort may change the opening and closing dates of the mountain and of the season without warning (snow permitting).
- Season pass age category is based on age at the time of purchase. Day ticket age category is based on age on the date of lift ticket.
- To be eligible for Club65 pricing you must be 65 years of age or older before December 31 of the season the season pass is purchased for. (i.e., December 31, 2026 for the 2025/2026 season and December 31, 2027 for the 2026/2027 season).
- Although tot day tickets are free (tot day tickets are available at The VCM Ticket Office), all children must have a lift pass on their person while skiing.
- Student season passes are subject to additional Student Terms & Conditions
- All prices are quoted per person.
- Rates are in Canadian dollars, and applicable taxes will be added to all prices.
- All pricing advertised is inclusive of any applicable discounts.
- Dates and prices may be subject to change without notice.
- Some restrictions may apply.
- We do not guarantee snow or weather conditions, open terrain or the number of lifts operating.
- Big White Ski Resort reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to amend the terms and conditions of Season Passes and Lift Tickets.
- Big White Ski Resort Ltd.’s interpretation of the above conditions is final.
RELOAD ONLINE
Once all days are used on a POWder card, the media can be reloaded online with additional 3-day or 5-day POWder Cards. Regular lift tickets can also be loaded onto the POWder card media. Regular lift tickets are subject to the online discount available at time of purchase. Regular lift tickets are date sensitive, even when reloaded onto a POWder card. Ticket media can only be reloaded during the same season as the original purchase. You will NOT receive a QR code when reloading tickets, proceed direct to the lifts with your existing ticket.
