Ski under bright lights in the largest night skiing area in Western Canada!
We turn the lights on the Bullet Express and Plaza Chair, giving you access to 38 acres (15 hectares). With a night lift capacity of over 3000 people per hour, the Plaza Chair and the Bullet High Speed Chairs whisk skiers to the top of the longest vertical drop (1955 feet from the top of the Bullet lift) of all night skiing areas in North America! On Friday and Saturday nights, come ride in TELUS Park.

BUY ONLINE - HOW TO
To Purchase an online ticket:
- Select the Buy Now option.
- Each person must setup an individual profile so that every ticket is assigned to a guest.
- Upon purchase, you'll receive a QR Code on your mobile device (or print out, if you prefer!). Check your junk/spam folder.
- When it is time to head to the mountain, proceed directly to one of our new Big White Ticket Pick-Up Boxes located around the resort.
- Scan your QR Code at the pick-up boxes and your physical ticket will be printed.
- Remember not to Zoom in the QR Code and have your phone brightness turned up.
- Head direct to lift and enjoy your day on the mountain.
- Please ski and ride with care and abide by the alpine responsibility code.
- Want to ski again? You can reload your physical card by using the WTP# found on the front of your card.
Once you have purchased an online lift ticket, you can reload the physical card with additional lift tickets or POWder Cards. Log in to your online account to reload.

REFUND POLICY
All Big White Ski Resort lift tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. All prices are quoted per person. Rates are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes will be added to all prices. Multi-day pricing is based on the first day price. Dates and prices may be subject to change without notice. Some restrictions may apply. We do not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, open terrain or number of lifts operating. Age category is based on age at the period of time you will be visiting. Although tot tickets are free (tot tickets available at The VCM Ticket Office), all children must have a lift pass on their person while skiing.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Season pass and Cardholders must be aware of and obey to the Terms & Conditions.
- Refund Policy: Big White Ski Resort Season Passes and Lift Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and are to be used within the season they are purchased for. Any Season Pass Payment Plan payments are non-refundable. Season passes are not valid until paid in full. The Refundable Pass Option is only available when purchased concurrently with your season pass. Administration fees may apply. All refund requests must be submitted by April 6, 2025. Refund requests after this date will not be accepted.
By using your Season pass or lift ticket you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:
- Season passes and lift tickets remain the property of Big White Ski Resort Ltd and may be revoked for misuse and/or breach of terms.
- Passes and Tickets are for personal use only. They are not transferable and cannot be resold (including on any online platforms such as Facebook groups).
- Season passes and Lift tickets will be voided immediately and permanently if someone else is caught using your pass or card whether you are aware of the misuse or not.
- You are liable for any misuse while the Pass or Card is not in your possession unless you have already reported your pass lost/stolen prior to the misuse. Remember passes are valuable so please keep them in a safe place at all times.
- A fine will apply if anyone other than the passholder is caught using your pass. The minimum fine amount is $250 plus the cost of a full day lift ticket at window rates.
- You are responsible for reporting if your pass or card gets lost, stolen or damaged immediately. For replacements, you will be charged a $25 reprint fee (upon presentation of a valid government issued photo ID).
- Respect the Mountain. Respect Others. Respect Yourself. Failure to obey this rule will result in removal from the mountain and suspension of pass privileges. Offensive or threatening behavior towards other guests or staff will not be tolerated.
- You must abide by the Alpine Responsibility Code at all times. Breaching the Alpine Responsibility Code will result in temporary or permanent loss of pass privileges and resort access.
- Big White Ski Resort may change the opening and closing dates of the mountain and of the season without warning (snow permitting).
Big White Ski Resort reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to amend the terms and conditions of Season passes and Lift tickets.
Things to Know Before You Go
- Arrive with plenty of time to spare. It will take you at least 45 minutes to get your rental equipment dialed up.
- Dress warmly and appropriately- be aware that the temperature usually drops in the evenings. The best way to stay warm is to wear layers, waterproof pants and a jacket.
- Road conditions - be aware that you may experience slippery roads on the way to the resort, so reserve extra time for the drive.
- For rental equipment, you will need a credit card and photo ID for security.
