Mostly cloudy with isolated flurries this morning. A break is expected this afternoon, before isolated flurries return this evening/overnight. Isolated snowfall amounts of Trace-4 cm are possible by tomorrow morning. Light ridge winds up to 15-25 km/h are expected through tonight. Freezing levels up to 800-1500 m are also expected through tonight.

Synopsis

A series of impulses from multiple Pacific lows are expected to bring unsettled conditions through Saturday with isolated flurries this morning and this evening/overnight, followed by periods of snow tomorrow and Saturday. Light ridge winds today/tonight, then moderate-strong tomorrow and finally strong-extreme on Saturday. Freezing levels up to 1000-1500 m through Friday, then increasing to 1500-2000 m on Saturday.

3 to 5 Day Outlook

Successive impulses from more Pacific lows are expected to bring periods of snow Sunday and Monday with moderate to strong ridge winds expected with strong-extreme ridge winds possible Sunday night. Freezing levels up to 1500-2000 m are also expected Sunday/Monday.
