Big White’s Executive Chef Rob Walker is a passionate culinary innovator and highly regarded Canadian chef. He joined Big White Ski Resort in the fall, elevating the menus of Kettle Valley Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Moose Lounge, Black Forest Day Lodge and the new Clocktower Coffee Co.

Not only is Rob is known as an active competitor in Canada's culinary scene, he is an Okanagan chef through and through - trained in the region with a passion for local flavours. He is an ambitious advocate of the farm to table movement, supporting numerous local farmers and purveyors and extremely passionate about utilizing sustainable ingredients.
