THURSDAY:

DEPART 7:35pm 
Arrive at the Vancouver International Airport for your 7:35 pm flight. Check in your two bags (included in the price!), board your plane, and enjoy a short, 45-minute plane ride to the Kelowna International Airport. 

ARRIVE 8:20pm
Big White’s airport shuttle will be waiting to take you up Big White mountain, a 45-minute drive from the airport. This service, both pick-up and drop-off, is included in your fly, ski and stay package! We’ll drive you right to the door of your slope-side accommodation – and give you your lift tickets for the following three days, meaning you won’t have to wait in a ticket line the next morning! 

FRIDAY:

BREAKFAST 8:00am
Strap on the planks and ski straight from your door to the Village Centre Mall, where you can fuel up for a day full of powder bowls, impeccable groomers, and speedy glades with a coffee and a pastry from Clocktower Coffee Co.

SKI/BOARD 8:30am
Be there for first chair when the lifts start spinning. Big White has 16 different lifts and 119 runs of varying difficulty – start with a few cruisy laps on Serwa’s to warm up those ski legs, then challenge yourself to a black or double black. 

LUNCH 12:00pm
Take a pit stop at the Black Forest Day Lodge, where you’ll find an array of quick and delicious meal options, including vegan and gluten free! Soak in the spectacular views of the Monashee mountain range while you warm up your fingers and toes, and get ready for an afternoon of pushing pow. 

APRÈS 3:00pm
Make the last run of the day Lower Perfection – and ski right to the patio at Sessions Taphouse & Grill. Sit back, relax and drink a pint or two of Elevation 57 craft beer brewed at 5,757 feet above sea level,. Before you leave, fill up a growler to keep the après going back at your hotel. 

DINNER 7:00pm
Indulge in the best Big White has to offer with a deliciously gourmet, locally sourced meal at Kettle Valley Steakhouse in Happy Valley (be sure to reserve your table beforehand!). The Kettle Valley Steakhouse has a wine list with over 100 Okanagan Valley reds, whites and roses, including Big White’s signature label, Hidden Hearth. 

HOT TUB TIME 9:00pm
Finish the day with a soak in your hotel's outdoor hot tub. Your muscles will love you for it! 

SATURDAY:

FIRST TRACKS 8:00am
Book yourself a First Tracks lesson and hit that Okanagan Champagne Powder with one of our world-class instructors a half-hour before the rest of the resort’s guests. First Tracks lessons include breakfast at Clocktower Coffee Co.

APRÈS 3:30pm
Bullwheel Gastro Pub, located in the bottom of the White Crystal Inn, has not one, not two, but three happy hours! Grab a pint, a cocktail or a glass of wine, sit on their outdoor patio and watch the sunset over the Monashee mountains. . 

WALK, DINE & WINE 6:00pm
Wander through Big White’s picturesque Village on a culinary tour like no other. Walk, Dine & Wine takes you to three of the mountains top dining destinations where you’ll devour a feature dish, paired with a glass of local wine. Be sure to pre-book your tour – tickets are $85 per person.

TUBE 8:00pm
Just because the lifts have stopped spinning doesn’t mean the fun has to end! Head down to the Tube Park in Happy Valley and challenge your buddies to a race down one of the five lanes – or link up and spin down together!

LIVE MUSIC 9:00pm
Snowshoe Sam’s hosts a live band every Friday and Saturday night throughout the winter season. Grab a pint and jam out with other guests and mountain staff in this lively mountain pub.

SUNDAY:

SKI/BOARD 8:30am
Wake up bright and early to snag first chair. Remember, check out is at 10:00am – Central Reservations will look after your belongings until it’s time to head back down to Kelowna. 

LUNCH 1:00pm
It’s the last day of your getaway! Don’t waste precious ski time waiting for your meal – zip down to The Caf in Happy Valley and grab yourself a quick bite, mow down, then head back out for a few more runs.

ONE FINAL APRÈS HOORAH 3:30pm
End your escape with a final bevvie at Snowshoe Sam’s. Play a game or two of pool and reminisce about an amazing winter weekend at Big White Ski Resort. 

DEPART 5:00pm
Our airport shuttle will be waiting at Central Mountain Check-In to take you back down the mountain to the Kelowna International Airport. They’ll make sure you have plenty of time to make your 7:35pm flight. 

ARRIVE 8:20pm
Arrive back to Vancouver in time to get home, have a solid eight-hour sleep, and be ready for work on Monday!
