Our intention was never to diminish the devastation of flooding throughout the province of British Columbia, but to give some certainty to the travelling public, families and the tourism industry during the upcoming holiday season.

Here at Big White Ski Resort, we know we’re a great resort, and apparently so do the readers of Condé Nast Traveler! The prestigious magazine recently released a list of the “Top 5 Ski Resorts in Canada: Readers' Choice Awards 2021” and our beautiful resort came in the second spot, with a score of 80.3 – just 0.3 points of the top spot.

In any normal winter, Cameron Birch and his family of five would pack their bags for an all-inclusive vacation somewhere warm and sunny.

But when the pandemic kept them from booking a trip south, the Kelowna family looked closer to home and bought season passes to Big White Ski Resort for the first time.
