Big White’s Craft & Country Music Festival is just a couple of months away – and our team is on the hunt for beer, cider, and distilling vendors for the July 16 festival. Another season of bluebird days and powder dumps at Canada’s Favourite Family Resort has come to an end! All of us at Big White Ski Resort want to thank you, our loyal guests, our dedicated staff, and our on-mountain residents, for another epic season of skiing, riding, staying, and playing. For the next couple of months, our heads will be down preparing for the summer – for hiking, biking, festivals and fun – but for right now, let’s take a moment to celebrate the 2021/2022 ski season.

Every year, Big White’s youngest entrepreneurs come together to showcase their one-of-a-kind products, projects and services at the Big White Community School Young Entrepreneur Show.

Last weekend, January 15/16, 2022, were the first youth races in Alpine Skiing since early March of 2020! Racers from Apex, Silver Star, Revelstoke and Big White had a spectacular weekend at the Okanagan Zone Race hosted by the Sun Peaks Racers.

Two-time Olympic Snowboard Cross athlete Tess Critchlow has travelled around the globe to compete on the World Cup tour for most of her adult life.

She grew up at Big White Ski Resort, she learned to snowboard at Big White Ski Resort, her first ever race was at Big White Ski Resort, and now, home-town hero Tess Critchlow is heading to the Beijing 2022 Olympic Games to represent Canada in Snowboard Cross! And all of us at Big White could not be more excited for her!
